[UCLA] Korean Language Lecturer

The Department of Asian Languages & Cultures at the
University of California, Los Angeles, invites applications for a
full-time

Korean Language Lecturer position for the academic year 2010-2011. The
position will be a one-year appointment with the
possibility

of renewal on a yearly basis in accordance with
University policies and regulations. Applicants must have native or near-native
fluency in

Korean, college level Korean language teaching
experience in the US, and an excellent command of
English.  Preference is given to applicants

who have demonstrated exceptional teaching achievement
at all levels of Korean language instruction, and with both heritage and
non-heritage

learners of Korean.  Experience in training/supervising
TAs and familiarity with instructional technology are a plus.  Salary will
depend on qualifications
