The Village seeks to hire committed and talented staff members who can contribute to this exciting not-for-profit language-and-culture summer immersion program for North American youth ages 7-18.
The ideal staff member will be familiar with both Korean and North American culture, and will be a dynamic, outgoing Korean speaker with experience working with young people. We are particularly eager to find staff who can lead activities in Korean ethnic sports, music, dance or arts. One does not need to be a native Korean speaker to work on staff; the key is to be a committed lifelong learner of Korean—the ability to work well in an intense, high-energy environment, and to work cooperatively in close quarters with a mix of Korean and North American staff members and North American young people is essential.
