We hope you're doing well! We are excited to share the October issue of the Korean SIG newsletter. Please check the attached documents for ACTFL 2020 presentations and the upcoming Fall 2020 Korean SIG webinar. We have copied the webinar information below:

Title: Successes and Challenges of the Korean Dual Language Program

(Korean Immersion)

Presenters: Dr. Suzie Oh & Mrs. Jung Kim

Date and Time: November 4 at 4:30 pm PST/7:30 pm ET

This webinar will provide practical information on how they have implemented the Korean/English Dual Language Program successfully in K-5 and share our ongoing challenges and successes as administrators. In addition, the session will include underpinning research, program goals and benefits, successful implementation elements, and strategies for K-16 articulation.

Registration is limited to the first 1,000 SIG members. Membership status will be verified, once verified, you will receive an email confirmation with the login information. Please register using the same name and email as in your ACTFL membership account. Registration will be closed one-hour prior to the webinar start. Non-member registrants are subject to have their registrations cancelled without prior notification. A copy of the webinar recording will be uploaded to the Korean SIG community for those unable to attend. We hope to see you there!
