Fulbright Teacher Exchanges Opportunities
Hello,
My name is Kevin, and I am a Program Associate with Fulbright Teacher Exchanges at IREX. Fulbright Teacher Exchanges are programs of the U.S. Department of State, funded by the U.S. Government. These fully funded professional learning programs provide opportunities for elementary and secondary educators, in the U.S. and around the world, to share educational practices and bring global skills and perspectives to their school communities. Each year we send nearly 150 educators from across the United States to participate in programs abroad from two weeks to six months. Programs are open to educators regardless of their race, color, national origin, sex, age, religion, geographic location, socioeconomic status, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity and accepted applicants have a wide range of teaching experience in public, private (secular or faith-based), or charter schools.
New applications have launched, and these opportunities may be of interest to the teachers or networks you represent. I would be happy to provide promotional information you can share with your network and can personally answer any questions you or your teachers may have. For K-12 U.S. educators, applications are open for the Fulbright Teacher Exchanges. The deadline for applying is February 20th.
All the best,
(he/him/his)
