Dear AATK members,

안녕하십니까?  KLA 편집장 김혜영입니다.    우편으로 배송된  Conversation Analysis 특별 기획 KLA 24.1호는  잘 받아보셨는지요?  KLA 24.2호가 이제 편집이 완료되어 곧 인쇄, 발간될 예정이고,  KLA 25.1호의 편집도  2020년 연말에 기고된 논문들을 바탕으로  진행 중입니다.   이 자리를 빌어  공들여 수행하신 학술 연구, 교수 기획의 성과를  KLA에  제출해 주신 분들께,  그리고  기고된 논문들을 엄정하고 면밀하게 검토해 주신 심사위원 선생님들께 깊은 감사의 인사를 전하고 싶습니다.

이번 공고는 KLA 25.2호에 게재될 논문을 모집하기 위한 것입니다.  한달 후 화상으로 열리게 될 26회 AATK 연례 학회에서 발표될 연구와 실험들이  KLA에도 많이 기고되기를 기원합니다. 그리고 투고를 하셨다가 수정 마감일을 놓치신 분들께서도 재투고를 고려해 주시기를 바랍니다..   마감일, 투고 방법, 원고 양식에 대해서는 이하 공지문을 참조해 주시면 감사하겠습니다.

This email represents a call for submissions for The KLA, Volume 25.2. Let me urge those who are presenting at the upcoming online AATK annual meetings to submit a manuscript as well as those who missed the deadlines for resubmission for the past issues.

** The deadline for consideration for publication in Volume 25.2 is JULY 5th, 2021.**   Please get in touch with me if you plan to submit a paper for the volume.

Contributions solicited for Volume 25.2 are in the following areas:


9,000 words maximum
(e.g., experimental/empirical studies, qualitative/quantitative, classroom discourse, cognitive-functional linguistics, sociolinguistics, pragmatics, applied phonetics/phonology in classroom teaching, cross-linguistic/cross-cultural topics, heritage language learners and teachers, National Standards for Korean, and so forth)


-Best Practices for Teaching (BPT)  3,000 words maximum
(e.g., curriculum design, exemplary teaching strategies, effective assessment practices, professional development/teacher training, etc.)

-Voices from the Field (VFF) 1,500 words maximum
(e.g., opinions on teaching trends and practices, dialogue or commentary on articles published in the KLA or elsewhere, etc.)


1,000 words maximum

Authors should refer to the KLA Style Guidelines (at: https://aatk.org/journal/) for submission requirements and manuscript format.  It can be viewed and downloaded as a PDF file.
