Dear AATK members,

I am delighted to let you know that we have over 150
registered for the 17th annual meeting so far, already the highest
volume of registration in AATK history. Early bird registration ended as of yesterday
officially, but we can accommodate members who have not registered yet for a few
more days, until group reservation at the conference hotel is finalized on May 18th.  For those who would like to get a room at the
subsidized rate, you have a grace period till May 18th. Please note that only a few double occupancy rooms left. Rooms are available on a first come first
serve

basis. After all rooms are reserved, we are no longer able to offer

rooms at the conference rate.

Online registration (without hotel
reservation) is available until the conference begins.  From June 29th
, registration will be dontte
on-site, and
the late registration fee with
additional $10 will apply.

Requests for specific roommates will be honored when
possible.  If the dates do not
match,  you will be assigned another
roommate who stays for the precisely same period.  Please verify with your roommate hopeful
whether the travel dates coincide.  If you would like to keep your
roommate with different travel dates and are willing to pay for the extra cost
to be incurred, please send an e-mail request to the local chair, Dr. Hee-Sun
Kim
aatk2012@gmail.com, and the Treasurer, Dr. Joowon Suh suh@princeton.edu, as soon as possible, but by May 20th at the latest.

Many members volunteered for chairing sessions and thus we are well set
for the program.  We greatly appreciate
their generosity and kind help.

All the best,

Hae-Young Kim
