LAST CALL 2011 ACTFL Annual Convention and World Languages Expo Empowering Language Educators Through Collaboration |
      Language Education Professionals: Reminder: ACTFL Convention Session Proposals are due no later than Monday, Jan. 10, 2011 Interested in presenting at the 2011 ACTFL Annual Convention and World Languages Expo in Denver next November 18-20? Please remember to submit your proposal to ACTFL for consideration by January 10th online at www.actfl.org. The theme is: Empowering Language Educators Through Collaboration The ACTFL Annual Convention and World Languages Expo is the world's largest gathering of language educators, administrators and students across all languages and levels of instruction; it attracts more than 7,000 attendees, offers more than 600 professional development sessions and specialty workshops, and provides numerous networking opportunities. Each year, the nation's leading language education professionals share their knowledge and expertise by presenting exciting, current and informative professional development sessions that help attendees expand their knowledge, become better teachers, improve student performance and advance in their careers.
