The Korean Language Teacher Certification Program at Stony Brook

Stony Brook University offers a Teacher Certification Program for Korean language in the Department of Asian and Asian American Studies (AAAS). This BA program, which was established with a grant from the Korean Education Center of the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in New York,  is designed to satisfy New York State’s requirements for initial certification as a teacher of Korean at the secondary level (grades 7-12).
