Dear colleagues,
I'm writing to ask your participation in the attached
survey.
I know some of you would immediately react "Another survey? I'm too
busy."
Unfortunately, I still need to bother you because I cannot do this
study without your input.
It will take about 10 minutes to complete and you
will hear the results of the study at the upcoming AATK meeting at Stanford in
my presentation. The return deadline of the survey is May 15th (Wed.).
