The 30th AATK Annual Meeting Online Registration

We are pleased to announce that the online registration site for the 30th AATK Annual Conference at University of Hawaii at Mānoa, Honolulu, Hawaii is now available. Please note that all events for this year’s conference will take place at the Ala Moana Hotel, not at the University of Hawai‘i.

Important Dates:

Pre-Registration Closing Date for Presenters: Tuesday, Apr 15, 2025

Early Registration Closing Date: Wednesday, April 30, 2025

Regular Registration Closing Date: Monday, June 16, 2025

 

Online Conference Registration:

If you are not yet an AATK member and would like to join, you will need to sign up for membership before registering to receive membership advantages. Only credit card payment through PayPal will be accepted.

Conference accommodation and banquet dinner are guaranteed only for attendees who register only by Wednesday, April 30, 2025.

The conference registration fee includes:

• Conference program
• Newsletter
• Breakfasts, lunches, tea/coffee breaks
• Dinner cruise subsidy ($100 for AATK members) & KLA Journal (for registered AATK members only)
• Conference hotel discount ($20 per room per night for Single room, $35 per room per night for Double room)

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Refunds for registration and banquet (dinner cruise) fees will only be made if the cancellation is done by Thursday, May 15, 2025. Please contact the AATK Treasurer, Angela Lee-Smith (treasurer@aatk.org), for refund and the refund policy.

Prior to Monday, May 8	100%
Between Monday, May 9 – Monday, May 15	50%
After Monday, May 15	No refund

 

Online Registration Process

Same as your AATK website log-in name and password. Please follow the steps:

(1) Go to the website: http://www.aatk.org/registration/sign_in.php

(2) Log in. Same as your AATK website log-in name and password.

(3) For membership due payment, click “Membership History” on the upper-right corner. Once in the page, click “Membership/Renewal Application” on the lower-right corner. Choose Type of membership in the lower box to pay and click “submit”.

(4) For conference registration, click “Conference History” on the upper-right corner. Once in the page, click “Conference Registration” on the lower-right corner. Provide requested travel information for lodging.

Conference Hotel Information

The official conference hotel is the Ala Moana Hotel:  https://book.passkey.com/e/51009982

By accessing only the hotel reservation link, you can book your stay at the conference rate provided by the hotel.

(1) The conference rate is available from June 14 to June 24, covering the period before and after the conference dates.

(2) In addition, AATK will provide an extra discount for up to FOUR nights from June 17 through 20, which will be applied at check-in. The additional discount is $20 per night for a single room and $35 per night for a double room, applied per room (not per person). A limited number of rooms are available at both the conference rate and with additional discount on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that this additional discount will not appear on the hotel’s reservation site, as AATK will pay the discounted amount DIRECTLY to the hotel in advance.

Dinner Cruise (former banquet)

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of AATK, we will host a special event in place of the traditional banquet dinner this year. The total fee for the dinner cruise is $165 per person, which includes a buffet dinner, Polynesian shows, hula dance lessons, and other entertainment. Guests will also enjoy the Friday night Waikiki fireworks during the cruise. The fee covers transportation between the hotel and the harbor, as well as service charges and tips. AATK will subsidize $100 of the cost per person for members only.
