Korean Drill Instructor/Teaching Assistant
The Department of East Asian Languages and Civilizations at Harvard University invites applications for a full‐time position as a Drill Instructor/Teaching Assistant in Korean beginning August 15, 2011 through June 30, 2012. Drill instructors assist course heads in Korean language classes, assist in preparation of teaching materials, and teach individual drill sections. Candidates must have native or near‐native fluency in Korean. A bachelorʹs degree is required with preference given to advanced study in language pedagogy or related field; teaching experience in Korean at the college level is strongly desired; computer literacy is required.
