The 19th AATK Annual Meeting Online Registration

Early Registration Deadline: Thursday, May 15 2014

Dear all,

 

The online registration site for the upcoming 19th AATK Annual Meeting at Boston University is still available.  The deadline is Thursday, May 15th in order to secure a room in the conference hotel.  

1. Online Conference Registration:

1)    If you are not an AATK member, you should sign up for the membership first before registration.

2)    Only credit card payment through PayPal is accepted.

3)    Presenters MUST register by Tuesday, April 15 to not lose the privilege of presentation.

4)    Other participants should register by Thursday, May 15 to secure a room in the conference housing.

6)    The conference registration fee includes:         

·      Conference program

·      Newsletter

·      Breakfasts, lunches, tea/coffee breaks

·      Banquet Dinner & KLA Journal (for registered AATK members only)

7)    Conference housing and banquet dinner are guaranteed only for attendees who pre-register online by Thursday, May 15.

8)    Cancellation/Refund Policy

Reimbursement will only be made if the cancellation is done by Thursday, May 22. Please contact the AATK Treasurer, Angela Lee-Smith (angela.lee-smith@yale.edu), for refund and the refund policy.

 

2. Accommodation 

The room rate below is defrayed by subsidy made possible by the generous KF sponsorship

1) For AATK members only

2) A standard single dormitory room is assigned on a first–come, first–served basis. You could request   your preferred suitemate(s). However, suitemate requests may not be honored due to space availability. 

 

A suite unit consists of four single rooms and two bathrooms. If a member brings his or her family, EVERYONE IN THE FAMILY (5 YEARS OLD OR OLDER) MUST BE REGISTERED for lodging.  The University has a strict rule so that sleeping on the couch is not allowed and anyone not registered will have not access to the residence halls. Members with one family member may reserve two single rooms at $100 per night (one with a member rate and the other room with a non-member rate). Members with two or three family members must request an entire suite unit at discounted family rate $175. For suite reservation, please contact the AATK treasurer, Angela Lee-Smith angela.lee-smith@yale.edu.   

 

 

* Banquet: To attend the AATK Banquet, please RSVP in the special request box at the registration page.  

 

 

 

3. Online Registration Process

 

Same as your AATK website log-in name and password. Please follow the steps:

 

(1) Go to the website: https://www.aatk.org/registration/sign_in.php

(2) Log in.

(3) For membership due payment, click “Membership History” on the upper-right corner. Once in the    page, click “Membership/Renewal Application” on the lower-right corner. Choose Type of   membership in the lower box to pay, and click “submit”.

(4) For conference registration, click “Conference History” on the upper-right corner. Once in the page, click “Conference Registration” on the lower-right corner. Provide requested travel information for    lodging.

1. 연례학회 온라인 등록

1)    AATK 회원이 아니신 분들은, 회원 등록을 하신 후에 학회 등록을 해 주시기 바랍니다.

2)    온라인 등록 지불방법은 신용카드를 통해서만 가능합니다.

3)    반드시 5 월 15 일 목요일까지 온라인 등록을 해 주셔야만 학회 숙박 신청의 혜택을 받으실 수 있습니다.

4)    사전등록을 하지 않으신 분은 학술대회 당일 학회장에서 등록을 하실 수 있으며, 사전 등록비 및 현장 등록비는 다음과 같습니다.

8) 취소 및 환불: 모든 학회 등록 취소는 5 월 22 일 목요일 전까지만 가능합니다.  등록 취소를 원하시는 분은 아래 취소 및 환불 규정을 참조하시기 바랍니다.

2. 숙박 예약 안내
AATK 회원에 한해서만 한국국제교류재단의 지원금에서 일부 보조를 받은 숙박비 적용 혜택을 받으실 수 있습니다.

1) AATK 회원에게만 다음의 숙박 신청 혜택이 적용됩니다.

2) 1인실 기숙사방이 배정되며, 각 스윗은  4개의 1인실과 2개의 화장실, 부엌, 거실이 포함되어 있습니다. 

    5세 이상의 가족을 동반할 경우, 온라인 등록 시 반드시 동반자의 성명과 성별을 기입하셔야 됩니다. 

    보스톤 대학의 규정상, 등록되지 않은 동반자는 기숙사 출입이 불가능함을 알려 드립니다.

3. 온라인 등록 안내

온라인 등록은 AATK 웹사이트 사용자 이름과 비밀 번호를 사용합니다.  다음은 등록 절차입니다.

1) 먼저 https://www.aatk.org/registration/sign_in.php 로 가십시오 .

2) 로그인하십시오. AATK 웹사이트 계정과 비밀번호를 사용할 수 있습니다.
3) 회원 갱신은 우측상단의  “Membership History”를 누른 후 , 우측하단의

    “Membership/Renewal Application”을 눌러 해당되는 회원구분을 선정하고,“submit”

    을 누르면 완료됩니다 .

4) 연례학회 등록은 우측상단의 “Conference History”를 누른 후 , 우측하단의“Conference

    Registration”을 누르고 , 이어 숙박과 관련된 필수 정보를 기입하시면 됩니다 .
